What to Expect
This is the same 10-week LOMSC program course covering 95% of the typical MSC content. This course includes weekly sessions of 2 hours each, in addition to the 3-hour retreat.
What’s different? You’ll join a cohort made up entirely of mental health professionals. The shared professional understanding enhances dialogue, reflection, and application in ways that enrich both personal well-being and clinical practice.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, including the general public, mental health and healthcare professionals, meditation and mindfulness instructors, yoga teachers, wellness coaches, and educators at all levels. Prerequisites Needed: None, all are welcome to attend.
If you’re finding this course less than 3 weeks before the start date, join CMSC for an introductory information session about Live Online Mindful Self-Compassion (LOMSC) introducing you to the concepts covered in the class, the online format, and Q & A. CMSC offers you $100 off the registration fee when you attend the Introductory Session.
